CrossFit Bridge City's Launch Program
All new members complete our Launch Program which consists of (10) one hour one-on-one personal training sessions. with one of our CF Certified Trainers. These classes are designed to introduce you to the basic CrossFit movement techniques. Each session will include a full workout, along with Benchmark testing, before and after pictures, and nutrition consulting!
The Launch Program is your gateway to joining our regularly scheduled group classes. No intimidation, we get you comfortable with CrossFit before joining our members on the floor.
We also do personal training exclusively for people seeking maximum results, and flexibility on meeting times and days.
