Personal Training -

 Everyone starts here. This is where we assess every aspect of fitness you are interested in improving on. Your Trainer will teach and instruct: Learning new movement safely, Nutrition habits, Mobility, Strength gaining, how to lose weight effectively.

  • You + Coach work together to acquire your individual goals that are set forth in your initial consult​

  • All sessions are 1:1 to ensure total focus on your needs

  • You + Coach learn how to move safely, improve cardio and strength, gain overall knowledge and experience to join our Small Group Sessions.

Small Group Sessions - 

After graduating from PT you have the option to join Small Group Sessions! These are meant to be highly

 

individualized group sessions. The Coach + Client work as a team in session to make every workout a step

 

toward your individual goals. The Coach + Client also meet for PT throughout the year on a weekly,

 

monthly, or quarterly basis. 

  • You + Coach work together on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis in a 1:1 setting

  • All Small Group Sessions are 10 or less people - so attention is high, and individual goals met.

  • You + Coach correspond daily and weekly via text or email about individual needs and dietary changes
