Personal Training / Nutrition Coaching

 Everyone starts here. This is where we assess every aspect of fitness you are interested in improving on. Your Trainer will teach and instruct: Learning new movement safely, Nutrition habits, Mobility, Strength gaining, how to lose weight effectively.

  • You + Coach work together to acquire your individual goals that are set forth in your initial consult​

  • All sessions are 1:1 to ensure total focus on your needs

  • You + Coach learn how to move safely, improve cardio and strength, gain overall knowledge and experience to join our Small Group Sessions.

Small Group Sessions 

After graduating from PT clients have the option to join Small Group Sessions. These are meant to be highly

 

individualized group sessions. The Coach + Client work as a team in session to make every workout a step

 

toward THEIR individual goals. The Coach + Client also meet for PT throughout the year on a weekly,

 

monthly, or quarterly basis. 

  • You + Coach work together on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis in a 1:1 setting

  • All Small Group Sessions are 8 or less people - so attention is high, and individual goals met.

  • You + Coach correspond daily and weekly via text or email about individual needs and dietary changes
