FRIDAY - 5AM, 8:15AM, 12, 4:30, 5:30 

SATURDAY - 9:45AM - 11:15 

These are our normal class hours after a client graduates the Launch Program. All clients are required to graduate Launch BEFORE attending our regular class hours.


The Launch Program specifically pairs a experienced Professional Trainer with a client! We work 1 on 1 with that client in a personal training setting for 10 sessions minimum. Once these sessions are completed the client graduates on to train in small group classes. We believe 1 on 1 attention for a minimum of 10 sessions is what it takes to move safely, learn the basics, and properly be conditioned for classes. Our mission is longevity, and this commitment up front to safety and efficacy will set the client up for a lifetime of great training.

Drop In Policy

Members of out-of-town CrossFit affiliates are welcome to drop in to any of our normally scheduled group coaching sessions. Just give us a call and let us know you're coming! The joy of CrossFit has always been in the community of amazing individuals, and we never want to lose sight of that. If you would like to stay for multiple days or weeks, give us a call or email and we’ll get you situated with a temporary membership.

Open Gym Policy
CrossFit Bridge City is an all-coaching facility. We have a staff of expert coaches and want all of our members and visitors to benefit from them. Accordingly, open gym is only open to members with 4 months or more experience. All members and guests are encouraged to join one of our regularly scheduled group coaching sessions.
